I can actually attest to the fact that their support is very lax. I asked if they would let me know when my printer would ship, and they said to keep an eye out for an Email or something or other....

Looks like my printer stopped extruding after the spool was wound too tight (internal bay), and now it won't extrude nor release the ink if I try to remove it. Anyone able to help me with this?...
