Did you heat the nozzle up to around 230 after loosening it and then tightened it up against the bowden tube whilst it was still hot?

Does the bowden tube go from the top of the hot end and right down inside it until it contacts the back of the nozzle, or to just below the top of the hot end?

If you now have a 'Z' offset of 0.125mm in the slicer settings suggests to me that the initial offset when bed levelling was set too close, slicer offsets are usually done in 0.01mm to 0.05mm...

Most, if not all 3D printers have the option in the settings or filament menu to manually lower or raise the bed in the 'Z' axis by pressing a button on the touch screen.

Bambu......X1 and P1 series set a benchmark that others seek...
