I just remembered too, when using ABS don't use a fan. While the fan makes it easier and look nicer, the item will be weak and brittle. To increase drying time print multiple objects.

Turn your extruder temp down to 240 Deg C. At 250 Deg C you will melt the PTFE tube inside your extruder and damage it. If you damage it, it will keep on clogging when the molten ABS is pulled...
Can you post your ABS settings? Are you using the original hot end? Why does your bed have globs on ABS on it?
You probably plugged the extruder thermistor in the wrong side of the header. Check the wring on picture 2.11a in the manual.
You could probably replace the Bowden coupling.

Mine works fine.
Is your nozzle clogged? What temp are you extruding ABS?
Most Lowes have a vending machine that will duplicate "Do Not Copy" keys without a problem.
When are these full scale models going to be available on thingiverse :)
I've read to keep acceleration high to keep corners sharp. How are your looking?
I think it runs fine after it's setup correctly. My biggest issue was the z steps/mm was set wrong and I had issues for a month until I figured it out. Pretty easy to work on since it's a Mega...
He's trying to hijack your thread with a different printer that had nothing to do the mini Fabrikator. I have to full Fabrikator and hobby kind offers zero support. You can't even buy a replacement...
Level your bed to 1 paper height. Use hairspray or kapton tape on the bed and turn up the bed temp to 110 dec C.

Should be fine if you want a non heated bed with a small print area. Great to learn the...
It's just OK. Print quality looks the same as a clone in my opinion. My heat sink came in bent. Not sure if it's from the bubble envelope it shipped in or from the factory. The fan spins really...
With the power off, connect the Mega 2650 to your computer USB. If it loads, it could be the 5V regulator on the Mega 2650.
You can get a dual drum tumbler from Harbor Freight for the around same price. http://www.harborfreight.com/dual-drum-rotary-rock-tumbler-67632.html
It would be nice to use the 2nd head to use PVA water dissolvable support material working. I'm not impressed with overhangs with ABS. Not sure if Sli3er, Cura, or S3D support this option though.
If you do decide on a Davinci 1.0, newegg has them on sale for $350 like every other week.
I don't have a I3, but when my extruder was clicking, it's because my nozzle was jammed. It happen because I was printing over 240 deg C, the Teflon (PTFE) tube inside the extruder expanded. After...
I don't have dual extruder but my single oozes between the layers and leaves warts. To fix it,
Under Printer Settings, Extruder 1, Extra length on restart. Try a value -0.1mm and go higher if it...
When I do a 100% infill, I have to use 95% to 97% flow instead of 100. If I use 100, the middle infill bulges up and the nozzle dragging through it gives it a rough surface.
I haven't do it myself, but it should be pretty easy. This is assuming you are only using 1 extruder.
Just plug in a polulu board into your E1 location and drive the 2nd Y axis stepper at that...
Hopefully you can get a full refund and buy a different printer with real support.
I don't have a Ulitimaker. So how do I set the bed size? Where is Tweak At Z? Is there any plans on automatically turning ON the fan when printing bridges. I currently do this manually with Tweak...
