You usually only level the print plate after there's been a big change in temperature... You moved the printer, or... every 50 prints or so.... after a while you'll recognise when...

I think you need to format it correctly.... an older style formatting. And it doesn't like large sd cards (I think maybe under 2G).

I think I remember the formatting required was FAT16.
