The first material that comes to mind, that is not a pain to print with is Taulman's Alloy 910. Tg = 90c

Your X motor, will be moving up and down. You will need to leave some slack in the wiring.
How much are you looking to get for it?
I would try slowing the speed down, and using some cooling fans.
Have you tried any other slicers?
The 2nd extruder on my i3v 10’’ is always off when I print with Simplify 3D, but works fine with Cura.
