the bed levelling should not be an issue.
Doesn't take long and you pretty much only need to level a bed if you change the temp of the bed during printing.

Ah your printer is fully enclosed - that's why you can use abs much better than I can :-)

As far as abs versus pla goes. Personally I find pla stronger and more durable and a lot easier to print...
so 649 for a creator pro and lots of bits. Can't see how you'll beat that :-)
