It's a commonly known fact that the Serbs aren't fond of Muslims. On a personal level, my husband was told by his Serb uncle that a Muslim man shouldn't be allowed to marry a Christian girl. Obviously he was devastated and did not return to our location for 2 months. Even then, he was ready to undergo union with a Christian woman only if there was no immediate threat to his own life.
