Biography:

Smarter Remodeling was founded over 23 years ago to fulfill a need in the market for innovative and quality construction services.
Since then, we have completed hundreds of projects from simple home renovations to major retail stores, and we have been recognized multiple times. In 2016, 2017, and 2020 we were named among the fastest-growing companies in Jacksonville by the Jacksonville Business Journal.
2018 was an extraordinary year as we were inducted into the Remodeling Big50; a remodeling business excellence award for best practices recognizing companies that have set the standard for professionalism and integrity through smart marketing, exemplary business practices, unique design, and extraordinary impact on their community or the industry at large.
In 2022, we were included in the Inc5000 which lists the Fastest Growing Private Companies In America, an honor that placed us among the top .7% of companies in the country.
