More mythical creatures! 24 hours into a BIG torture test print! This one is taking up almost the full volume of the printer! This is on the QIDI and so far it is performing excellently!!

I look forward to seeing the finished form.
You have that dialed in quite well.
    What filament are you using?

Nuclear Green - Their standard "Maker PLA" is one of my favorite filaments to print with. I have remarkably few issues when printing with it.

    Nice!
I am printing with ESun PeTG right now. First print was good except for the screw tab sagged on the SD Card holder model. Now I am working on bed leveling knobs. Been getting about 25% through the print and a glob invariably happens and pulls one or more of the models off the bed. I am going to try and print just one this time.

I did bite the bullet and buy Simplify3D. Liking it so far.

    S3D was a good choice.

I'm thinking so too. Now if I could find good settings for the PetG for it I would be super happy. ABS prints great. PLA not too bad.
    PetG just not right.

PetG is a very sticky filament and it doesn't tolerate over extrusion at all. Start at .84 on the multiplier at 250c.

I've got the extrusion rate right it seems but not hot enough. I've been at 230c.
