Lost contact with RUMBA
Came down this morning and turned the Printer on. First thing I noticed was that the USB TX/RX LEDs (Orange) were on solid. When I tried to connect to the printer, I was unable to do so. I have tried using USB Power and external power, different computers, different USB cables, all to no avail.
Some searching leads me to believe that there may be a problem with the USB2Serial Software in the ATMEGA16U2-AU chip. The Rumba portion of the RepRap Wiki (http://www.reprap.org/wiki/RUMBA) re-enforces this belief and gives a way to reload the firmware, but it requires either a MAC or Linux to do so. Is any one aware of a way to flash the firmware with a windows machine.

OK, so I am impatient!!
Built up a Linux machine, reflashed the USB device and we're back in business!
Do bed magnets deteriorate.
