    Fan for PLA

So i want to add a fan to try printing PLA. Just curious if the Fan0 port is controlled by the firmware. That is to say, if I hook up a fan to this will it work for print cooling?

Just an fyi, I am printing PLA without a fan. Not sure what the fan adds, but I know others do use one.

The fan helps when bridging. Keeps the filament from dropping by cooling it quicker

Yes I have my cooling fan hooked up to Fan 0 on my Rumba, you can control it via the LCD or your slicer should also use that for the cooling fan.
