I'm beginner here, so i just want to ask about color and texture in 3d printing.
How i can make a 3d printed with all texture, skin, color etc exactly like the images i scan, capture (photogrammetry)? can i directly print with color and texture without additional like painting etc..
i heard about sandstone color is that material? like pla and abs? which 3d printer support sandstone color?

For things like that, you need to use one of the 3DS ProJet (formerly Z-corp) or Mcor printers that support full color printing. The image you show looks like a ProJet print. These use colored binder fluid ink-jetted into a powder bed to produce prints that are then infused with a clear resin or wax to strengthen them. This is the material Shapeways calls "sandstone".

The Mcor process involves ink-jetting onto regular A4 paper stock that's laminated and cut on the edges, producing a model that needs no further infiltration, although it can be used for extra strength.
