    First and foremost it needs to have a heated bed. I do not want to mess around with tape and the like. The printer also needs to be high quality, reasonably priced, and parts need to be easily accessible.

    The quality (microns), the layer thickness most important but all of the axis are important in quality, so all the details are in the 3D printed shape.
