What whould be the best printer for me

I do not understand how to design parts for any printing that uses a laser.

Most difficult thing is devising a strategy to reliably print difficult models both using support and optimizing settings for different materials

2 things:
1. Getting holes the right size if that is important in the design. I almost always end up with 2 prints. 1 to measure how much the hole will close up on this part and another with the correct hole sizes.

2. Getting my part broken up into peices that are printable without overhang issues.
