    Most difficult thing is devising a strategy to reliably print difficult models both using support and optimizing settings for different materials

    2 things:
    1. Getting holes the right size if that is important in the design. I almost always end up with 2 prints. 1 to measure how much the hole will close up on this part and another with the correct hole sizes.

    2. Getting my part broken up into peices that are printable without overhang issues.

    I don't understand why companies who have the benefits of being able to listen to a large customer base, don't ACTUALLY listen to their customers' suggestions.
