Marlon Inc. (Precision 3D Filament) has been extruding precision filament since 1992. We specialize in PVC extrusion used by PVC Spiral Supply for manufacturing of plastic spiral coils. We’ve perfected extruding ABS for Japan and Europe due to their unacceptance of PVC. We own and operate 12 plastic extruders and one compounding and pelletizing extruder with multiple lines. Marlon Inc. has the capacity to process 5 million pounds of material per year.

We have perfected PLA filament with such precision, our close tolerances are unmatched in the market today. With our quality, customer service and quick turn-around, we are in position to become the premier 3-D printer filament manufacturer in the USA.
