Help wanted in regards with Repsnapper

May I ask, how do I run Repsnapper? The instruction I found within the program folder says this:
"To build and run repsnapper do:

./autogen.sh


make


./repsnapper"
Which doesn't make any sense to me.

Those are linux commands and they look incomplete to me. Are you installing on linux or mac? If so there are several dependency packages you must install first.

I installed on windows actually, looks like I made a big mistake.
