Hey guys,

Im using the Da Vinci 3D printer from xyz printing.
The first print stopped for no reason. There was no error. There was no sign of fault from the extruder. I sent the STL file to xyz support.
Their response was:
Hi Mr. Alex.B,

Based on our engineering department, it is due to irregular power surge.

You can print this part no problem.

Please let me know if you have any questions

So I decided to try again.
I loaded up the file again and started printing.

After the print started, I noticed the filament was having a hard time coming out. After a while, the extruder tried to pull for filament but got held back because the filament got tangeled in the cartrige. This cause the result below (one on the left):

So I took apart the cartrige and saw that the filament was in fact tangeled up pretty badly. After untangeling it, I put the cartrige back together and started another print.

After a while, the print stopped again. This time it was due to a bent section of filament (from when it was tangeled) broke, thus causing the print to stop due to no filament (see picture above, the one on the right).

At this point, you can imagine im pretty frustrated. But I decided to give it another go.

After some hours, here is what happened:

That’s right! The printer stopped again.

Why is this happening!

I need to print this part asap. All these set backs are costing me time and money.
Anyone can offer any help?
