Smile How to make manifold now that Microsoft Netfabb changed format? EASY solution

    Hello,

I enjoy making gadgets in sketchup and printing them at my spare time. Until recently I could use microsofts online solution to make the models manifold if needed. Since a while they accept stl-files but sends them back as 3mf I think it's called.

Searching the web gives few good answers. I have a full time job and little kids so I don't have time to investigate and read up on stuff as seems to be needed now.

I tried Meshlab, after a few tries of installation with missing dlls I got a version that looks like it's from the late 90s. I seriously cannot figure out how that program repairs files even if it can.

My case is this: There must be hundreds of thousands of people like me that just wants to have a model fixed quick like it was possible with netfabb, but now there seems to be no such solution?

    Is there?

And why did microsofr change their output format?

Best regards from Sweden with Snow
