Texas-headquartered Galenfeha, Inc. has announced with a signed letter of intent that they are planning to acquire Additive Manufacturing, LLC. The plan currently in place is that they will pay $14 million in cash for the company, along with signing a purchase agreement to sell the Daylight Pump division inventory to pay off the company’s outstanding debt. James Ketner, CEO, has warned however that there are challenges to be overcome in the deal.
