Formbot T-Rex II troubleshoot

Hey all,


We recently acquired a Formbot T-rex II and have set it up.


We are having this case where the extruder floats above the printing surface. There is no filament coming from the extruder as well.
Calibrating it via code hasn't worked so far, since the extruder gets closer to the surface but scrapes against the glass upon homing.
