Printrboard running E uncontrollably, and Y not running at all.

Hi, I've had a Printrbot simple for about 6 months now and I am starting to have some issues, My Y axis does nothing when under manual control, it only moves when being homed. However, the strangest thing happens when I start the print. It reaches temp, homes the axis, then the E axis goes extremely fast, the Y doesn't move at all, and the X moves just a tiny bit. I have reflashed the firmware, and have tried a different computer with Repetier Host. Nothing has helped at all, if you could help me that would be great. Thanks in advance. Are you sure you didnt switch those two at the motherboard?

You could always try switching them and see what happens, As its kinda clear as your Y only moves a tiny bit wich the E should do, and the E is pretty fast, again what Y would suppose to do.
