Students Create 3D Printed Encryption Device
A group of French students studying in their first year at the CentraleSupélec Rennes in Northwestern France have created a 3D printed Enigma encryption device that is fully functional and has been tested over at least a month’s time. The rotors and compensator are 3D printed, along with a resourcefully constructed keyboard. The ciphertext is sent in six-letter settings, and the students have tested the integrity of their submitted text. Read more at 3DPrint.com: https://3dprint.com/153373/3d-printed-enigma-device/
