Prusa Research Unveils Upgrade for Prusa i3 MK2 3D Printer
Czech 3D printing startup Prusa Research has unveiled the new multi-material upgrade for their Prusa i3 MK2 3D printer, their latest iteration of the open-source RepRap model. The new upgrade includes up to four material feeders and just one E3D hotend, making the unique solution calibration-free and much easier to use then other multi-material systems. The new multi-material upgrade is currently available for preorder for $199 (two-material option) or $249 (four-material option), and will be shipped to customers by the end of November.
