I couldn't really find a bowden mount designed specifically for the Prusa i3 and E3D V5 hotend that also had fan mounts, so I made this one up. This is the 1st design iteration. Designed to use (3) 40mm fans.
Note you will have to drill holes to mount the twin nozzle cooling fans. I left the holes out to simplify printing.

This is an adjustable foot for 40 mm T-Slot aluminium extrusion combined with a 90 degree bracket. It was design, especially for a 3D printer. It can serve other purposes obviously.
You will likely need 4 feet and 4 angle brackets. Furthermore, you will need four threaded rods of either 8mm or 5/16" in diameter. They must be at least 50 mm length. Finally, to be able to assemble the feet, you will need to thread the brackets and the feet.

A while back, Gavilan posted a design for a really awesome Rubber Band Gun but I thought it was lacking one or two things.
So I added a Laser Sight mount (which fits laser pens such as this: Green Laser Pointer )
And an Ammo Clip that can store additional rubber bands.
These mods can be easily added to Gavilan's original design. Add just one of them or both!
