prints are mirrored, please help

Okay I'm just setting up a new printer, thing is printing amazing but I just ran into a bit of a problem. everything I'm printing is printing mirrored. I was printing a e3d v6 body for the wades extruder and I printed everything last night, wake up this morning to put it together and the body is revers, its wanting me to put the gears on the right side not the left side like is should be http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:715496

I'm thinking the problem has to do with repetier an where my home is set in the program. by default I think repetier has the home configure to be on the right sie of the printer but my home is on the left .can anyone confirm and tell me how to fix this in repetier

can't you simply mirror the part in your slicer before printing ?

not a final solution - but should do for now :-)
