Thanks to the 3D Printing Store in Denver, they now have a bioprinter from BioBots, which so far has allowed them to replicate a heart valve which should prove to be very helpful in pediatric surgeries where children’s organs are still growing. They have also made a replica of an ear. Their goal is of course to one day 3D print body parts like hearts or livers that can indeed be used in a transplant.
