Problem with new Powerspec Ultra 3D Printer

Just got my new Ultraspec Ultra 3D printer the other day from Microcenter. So far it's done a pretty good job. But I'm new to the 3D printing world so there's definitely a learning curve. But I downloaded this Mickey Stormtrooper model from Thingiverse and decided to have a go at it. For the most part, it printed really well. But as you can see from the picture, there were some problem areas. Especially in the chin area and under the ears. Wondering if someone could tell me what's happening? Using PLA with extruder temp at 220 and platform at 50.

    TIA!

Too much of an angle to print with no supports. Add supports and it'll be fine.

Make sure you use the print area cooling fan as well.

    And yep use support :-)
