Replicator 2 ( modded ) problem
I have a replicator 2, its modded with BC techonlogial solutions aluminum arms and the heated bed http://www.bctechnologicalsolutions.com/
I also use Simplify3d.
I have not had any issues until the other day.
I'm running sailfish v 7.7.r01432
I level the bed with a sheet of paper, but suddenly when I go to print, the nozzle is way higher than what the build level in sailfish does.. so nothing sticks its way too high.
I tried to start over with a new simplify3d profile.. same problem.
I'm not sure what the problem is..but basically nothing will stick because when it starts printing the nozzle is much higher on a print than it is in the level build plate setup.
Any ideas? thanks
Its been working no problem for a long time and suddenly just started this with no changes that I can remember.

Got it figured out, I'm not sure why but my BuildTak just seemed to have lost its stick. Changed back to glass+gluestick and its all good again.
Do bed magnets deteriorate.
