Brand new FFCP, left extruder prints about 5 times slower than right extruder

Just bought my 3rd FFCP and I am having an odd issue, left extruder prints at glacial speeds right extruder prints just fine.

All parts of the print are super slow, first layer, perimeters, infill, supports. It is like the whole printer turns down to speed 1 when I try to print using the Left extruder


I am using the exact same files for printing that I use on all my other FFs. I run all of them off of SD. I tried swapping SDs around and it isn't an SD issue. But when I try to print with the left extruder on the new FFCP it must print at a fifth of the speed that it prints on the other machines or on its right extruder.

Any ideas would be great

I had this too once. A reset fixed it .

GRIFTECH...if a reset fixes the issue, it would help others to let it be known.......
