He3D Delta-180 Kossel - Where to start?!

Greetings!
Just bought a He3D Delta-180 Kossel model printer from https://www.3dprintersonlinestore.co...3d-printer-kit .
The assembly manual they sent with it was terrible!
I was able to assemble it for the most part from studying the pictures for hours.
Now, there is no software documentation in it.
Just an Arduino 1.0.2 folder and a firmware folder with micromake folder inside.

Where do I start?
I've got Repetier host/server installed (they sent v0.95 with it, but I upgraded to the latest).
When I send home commands, it doesn't move. I've set the voltage on the stepper motor controllers.
How do I update the Arudrino firmware?
Total noob! Any links to slightly relevant information would be a godsend!
