Can you print it again without a raft?

Have you tried different nozzle temps ?
Remember that Indicated temp (displayed on printer) may not be the Actual temp at nozzle.

    Odd,
I took the blue painters tape off and reapplied 150mm wide Kapton tape.

The prints are now great...maybe fantastic ??

Only other thing I did was slow down the print speed. (I have a feeling THAT'S what really helped)

A slower print speed makes a tremendous difference.

    Yes apparently it did.

    I slowed the overall print speed from 3600 mm/min to 2600 mm/min.

Takes longer but the quality went WAY up.

What is your "normal" overall print speed? (if there is such a thing)

    For PETG, I use 2550
    For PLA, I use 2800
I might be able to go faster, but this works, and it works the first time, every time (making it faster in the long run).

    YMMV

    Very wise words.
