    Question Converting 2D image to 3D

    Is there any way to convert a full body 2D image of a baby to a 3D and be able to print it in a 3D printer? I know this will no way be perfect because I only have the front picture. the back side can be just drawn and doesnt have to look the same, just enough to form a body.
