Can't figure out how to connect FFCP to my computer via USB

Having some troubles getting my FlashForge Creator Pro to connect to my computer via USB.

I am currently using Simplify3D and I have my Prusa i3 connected via USB on COM3 and am trying to figure out what I need to do in order to get Simplify3D to see the FFCP.

Any ideas?

Hi Chris,
I get the same problem,
here are couple of things you can do,
check all connections are in their correct spots
have Simplify3D open and turn off the printer and turn it on again, then wait a little and go into the tools > machine control panel and the press the red connect button on the top left, you may have to press it around 10 time to get it to connect!
if this doesnt work, also make sure if you have makerware, disable its background conveyor service,
