So next step is to disassembley whole extruder and clear nozzle again...
Maybe one of you had same problem with c2c printer? I am wondering if it's not something related, and typical to this type of printer

No need to disassemble the whole extruder. A basic cleaning can be done by a simple method : you take a metal brush and take one of the wires and insert it through the hotend while the hotend is hot.
Be careful, wear gloves and use a pincer. This should be sufficient.
Have you cleaned your drive gear ?
Do you hear your extruder motor "clicking", skipping steps ?

hang on - 100% infill - why ????
For a test cube you only need 10-20% at the most.
A solid cube wil deform more than a partially filled cube.
Also have you tried printing with the other nozzle ?
I've always had weird issues with my right extruder on the flashforge - but lefty has always been perfect.
