Maybe loosen the fan and duct, then shift them upward and re-tighten? I wonder if that is how I broke the fan, I tightened it quite a bit...

The single I would sand the corner down a bit to give more clearance.
Or you can slice some off in S3D.

I noticed as well when I installed the dual blower that sits behind there was some jog space in the fan mount itself so I went and held the fan up the highest when I screwed it all in and it gave me extra clearance as well.

As I'd mentioned it was necessary to cut down the length of the flat head wood screw that I used to tie the duct to the clip-on support bracket. The first time I attached it to my QiDi I mounted it incorrectly. The bracket goes on first, then the duct below it.

I'll look closer at it when the printer is free again. It was really smack on the bed and peeled a print up.

I need to get my cable chain printed and built. Every time I see yours I think it looks bad ass. How many links did it need?
Here is my dual duct setup, I did not use the brace on the right side yet as it pushed it down. Do I am going to fix the groove. I also am going to glue it. I have some plastic weld stuff that will work well. That will get rid of the screw risk.

Speaking of which does anyone have a good supplier of screws for the different small projects we do with many of these things?

That stinks. What color and type? Was it a replacement for a bad roll of the same material?

That is the Soultech ABS, here is the link. I really like the color. It does not have quite the stench of some of the other ABS. Really hard as well. Nice to print with.
