    possibly the Geetech and RRD versions are different? I'm getting beyond my knowledge. might post on the wider reprap forums and see if someone is more up on it.

    edit: looking at the pic- you are supplying 12v right? - the black/green pair? the two fans are on the pins on the far right of the board as shown IE you have only one fan plugged in as shown. Make sure polarity of 12v is correct.
