How do I get better overhang performance?

In my quest for better printing I am moving on to another hurdle to tackle. Better over hang performance. The recent part I tried to print was about 40 degrees from the horizontal. Some of the edges print fine, some are terrible.

Just looking for some advice on what I can change to get better overhangs.

I would try slowing the speed down, and using some cooling fans.

Right now my external perimeters are at 30mm/s. I will see what I can do about a cooling fan but I'd like to avoid that if possible.
