Hey guys. I am using a 0.5mm nozzle now exclusively, for my purposes it is great. I might actually go to a 0.6mm.
But the real question is, am I limited on how small my layer height can be now that I am using bigger nozzles?

All else being equal, except nozzle diameter. If I print 0.4mm nozzle at 0.15mm layer height, then 0.5mm nozzle at 0.15mm layer height, what can I expect? Is the machine going to have a harder time with this somehow? Will this cause the molten plastic to 'stretch' to much now that the W/T has gone up?

Is there no limit to how far I can go? For instance 0.6mm nozzle printing 0.050mm layer heights (extreme case?).

Would like to hear your thoughts,

thanks
