    Anti-Bacterial 3D Printed Scrubber

Chicago-based product designer Jacob Stanton has found 3D printing to be useful and recently jumped at the chance to participate in MyMiniFactory's 3D design competition to create a useful product using anti-microbial Purement filament. His first thought was a kitchen sponge, and he developed four different designs using SolidWorks to find the most efficient new sponge, ultimately finding that a wide-nubbed model was an ideal grime scrubber that could contour to dish shapes and clean easily as an abrasive scrubbing pad. His design files are available on Thingiverse now. Read more about the scrubber design process in the full story: http://3dprint.com/71993/3d-printed-kitchen-scrubber/
