Strawberry Hill House Provides Tours to Blind Guests, via 3D printing
Strawberry Hill House in London recently completed an architectural restoration, and it also added a distinctively 21st century element. 3D printed models of the house are now available during tours for the visually impaired, and this includes printed models of house details. London's Vertex Modelling and Lee 3D collaborated on the design and printing of these pieces, and the Strawberry Hill House Trust has had staff trained to provide tours for the visually impaired. 18th century architecture meets 21st century technology in an inspiring collaboration to make Strawberry Hill more accessible to more members of the public. Read more about this design, now available for free download via CGTrader, in the full article: http://3dprint.com/68895/strawberry-...ouse-3d-print/
