300,000 Students in Guangzhou City, China to Receive 3D Printing Education
In yet another move by the Chinese to one-up the West in terms of 3D printing, Guangzhou City University has announced a plan in collaboration with Zhuhai West Electronics Co., Ltd and others to roll out 3D printing classes in primary and secondary schools across the city. This means that starting next year over 300,000 students will be able to learn about this incredible technology. More details on these plans and why it may be so important to China's future growth engine can be found here: http://3dprint.com/68602/guangzhou-city-3d-print/
When will the West follow in China's footsteps? What are your thoughts on this move?

Brilliant !
It should be done in every country.
Plus china make most of the mass produce printers anyway - so they should teach their kids how to use them.
Hopefully this will produce a generation that prefer to invent their own designs rather than just copy other peoples :-)
