Dickie Mackay is the iconic mannequin that graces the storefront of historic Mackays of Cambridge in Cambridge, England on East Road. Dickie has thousands of fans and his own Twitter account, which he took to on April 22, 2o15, when he was attacked and his arm was broken with his left hand stolen. He tweeted Cambridge Makers suggesting that maybe someone can make him a new hand, and Tom Parker of Cambridge 3D Printing came through. One month to the day of the attack, Dickie was sporting a new 3D printed hand. Thumbs up to a 3D print job well done!
