The Tomato 3D printer has just been launched on Kickstarter by California’s NixTek, in hopes of raising $100K by July 10. The Tomato offers the user the ability to 3D print in up to four colors, with a hot-end extruder that has its own mixing chamber. The 3D printer also offers ultra-high printing resolution and eliminates mess with its thoroughly and evenly heated aluminum print bed, topped with ceramic glass.
