Interested in making a piece with words written on the outside of a cone

Hi All,
As noted in the title, I am interested in making an item with words written on the outside of a cone. Is there a program I could use that is pretty user friendly and easy to get started in?
I have used Pro/E many moons ago and printed something in a really old 3D printer that basically pounded starch into a "solid". Thankfully technology has advanced. I am hoping a point in the right direction will save me many hours of trouble playing with various programs.

Interesting, I've started playing with it. Will have to figure out how to make cones and wrap the text. I never really progressed past drawing stick figures so this is going to be challenging.
