Teinye Horsfall, a digital designer by trade, has added a new sophistication to the idea of building kits, taking the idea of construction blocks and models and turning them into architectural designs for students, children, architects, and model makers. His 'Printable Architecture Kits,' available for free download on Thingiverse, focus on the architecture of buildings. His block designs are printable on FFF-based 3D printers, requiring no support material during the printing process, and so far include two themed design kits. The Victorian Town House Kit and Original Architecture Kit include STL files for modular construction pieces and building components -- and are expandable and scalable. Horsfall took the time to tell 3DPrint.com about his creation process and what led him to 3D printing. Check out details and what he has to say in the full article: http://3dprint.com/41766/3d-printed-house-models/
