I have a V1.0 as well, and I sure like the idea of an incorporated 3D scanner too. I also really like the fact that the cartridges are now refillable & re-chippable too

I have a Da Vinci...you know, the printer everyone shuns because of the proprietary cartridges with the chip in the bottom to keep you from re-filling them? That one......

I was reading about it yesterday as well. My initial thought was it's good good to be true...then I took a look at who has invested in it, and for how much.
Those folks are no fools, and regardless...
