Print a fan shroud will help with the temp. I I take mine off the hotend has problems reaching temp.
Is your fan blowing or sucking? Also how is the ramps and the heat bed wired up, are they all on there own 12v or are some shair ing. Also are you using the hotend shroud wit the fan
