What is tramming it off? I'm going to increase the extrusion multiplier little by little until the first layer is smooth.

It isn't a raft. That is my first layer of the actual piece. I don't print with a raft unless the piece needs it for one reason or another.

Yes. You must use digital calipers. Work like a charm.
