The Right extruder has been working perfect. The left extruder, the one nearest the turbo fan keeps getting clogged.

My Left EXTRUDER keeps clogging. What's causing this?

No. that nozzle along with the tube was removed a long time ago to try and clear the clog.

Finally cleared the clogged with a nail. Just heated it up with a bic ligter and jammed it through. Took 2 attempts to finally dislodge the clog.

As for the right extruder that refused to unload...

Now the stupid right extruder will not unload the damn filament. This printer is GARBAGE!

Support tells me to use "sharp object" to remove clog. LOL. that ain't working.

Is there a way to set the cooling fan to go on automatically? Hate having to manually turn it on every time since I only use PLA filaments.

?? You can scale it on Makerbot..... Or check the "scale to fit" option when you load it.

No ABS here. I donated my ABS spool to my campus. Since I used up most of their PLA for my prints. lol

OK, how about someone give me a simple .x3g for me to print on my printer as-is and lets see how it comes out? If it horrid, I'll demand a refund.

Turn the Cooling fan on? The stupid bed sticker on the QIDI printer says when using PLA, turn cooling fan off! As stated earlier, I'm using makerbot.

Using Makerbot slicer with the default PLA setting. This is an artificial knee I rendered in MAYA and exported as an STI. I changed the temp to 220c because that is what QIDI tech support...
