Hey Les, I just started posting on this forum myself. Glad to see a familiar face, and to see your project getting such great attention.
I was thinking the filament may be getting a little effected by humidity, drying it may help.
Maybe try dropping the temp 5-10 degrees as well.

I like that it is dual, I'm concerned about the software that comes with it, if that is proprietary, or can we run the machine from any software as well?
